When you order: the beneficiary's name, a WhatsApp number and an email address, so we can track the planting and send you the proof. Payment is handled by Stripe: we never store your card details.
Purposes
To process your order, schedule the planting, send you photos and follow-up information, and answer your requests.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract for order data, and your consent for analytics and advertising.
Data sharing
Only with necessary providers: Stripe (payment) and, if you consent, Meta and TikTok measurement tools. We never sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your agreement via the consent banner. You can decline with no impact on browsing.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as needed for follow-up and legal obligations, then deleted.
