Can I plant in a departed person's name?
Yes. You can plant in the name of a loved one who has passed: the tree keeps producing and the act stays tied to them. You simply provide the name to associate with the planting at checkout.
Where are the trees planted?
The trees are planted in Africa, in the field, by local teams, in areas suited to their growth. Every planting supports local employment where the tree takes root.
What proof will I receive?
You receive authentic photos, dated and geolocated, along with news of your tree's journey. We never present a generated or illustrative image as proof of a real planting.
When is my tree planted?
Planting follows the seasons suited to each species, to give the tree the best chance to root well. Depending on when you order, a short delay may therefore apply before it goes into the ground.
What is the difference between a pack and a subscription?
A pack is a one-time purchase of one or more trees. A subscription lets you plant regularly, month after month, to extend the act over time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You manage your subscription freely and can stop it whenever you wish, with no minimum commitment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through a secure, encrypted payment platform. We do not store your card details.
How do I offer a planting as a gift?
At checkout, add the recipient's name and, if you like, a short message. It is a meaningful gift for a birth, a birthday or condolences.
How can I check that the tree was really planted?
You receive photos of your planting, dated and geolocated, along with a video. These are images taken on site, never illustrations or generated visuals. If any doubt remains, write to us: we answer with the details of your own planting.
How much does a planting cost?
A tree starts at €36.10. Packs group several trees together and subscriptions let you plant every month; exact prices are listed on the Shop, Packs and Subscriptions pages.
How is this different from an ordinary donation to a charity?
A donation funds general work, with no individual feedback. Here, your order corresponds to one specific tree, planted under the name you chose, and you receive its photos. You know exactly what your gesture became.
Can I plant for several people at once?
Yes. You can order several trees and attach a different name to each one. Packs are made for this, and a subscription spreads the plantings over time.
What does the person I plant for receive?
If you plant for someone living, you can pass the photos of their planting on to them yourself. If the intention is made for someone who has passed, the name stays attached to the tree and the photos are sent to you.
