Can I plant in a departed person's name?
Yes. You can plant in the name of a loved one who has passed: the tree keeps producing and the act stays tied to them. You simply provide the name to associate with the planting at checkout.
Where are the trees planted?
Trees are planted in the field by local teams, in areas suited to their growth. Every planting supports local employment where the tree takes root.
What proof will I receive?
You receive authentic photos, dated and geolocated, along with news of your tree's journey. We never present a generated or illustrative image as proof of a real planting.
When is my tree planted?
Planting follows the seasons suited to each species, to give the tree the best chance to root well. Depending on when you order, a short delay may therefore apply before it goes into the ground.
What is the difference between a pack and a subscription?
A pack is a one-time purchase of one or more trees. A subscription lets you plant regularly, month after month, to extend the act over time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You manage your subscription freely and can stop it whenever you wish, with no minimum commitment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through a secure, encrypted payment platform. We do not store your card details.
How do I offer a planting as a gift?
At checkout, add the recipient's name and, if you like, a short message. It is a meaningful gift for a birth, a birthday or condolences.
