These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the site operated by FDP GLOBAL LLC.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
FDP GLOBAL LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Order
The customer may place an order directly on the website. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, via the methods offered on the site (Bank card, PayPal, etc.).

Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Timeframes are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Liability
FDP GLOBAL LLC cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 9 – Applicable law
These GTC are governed by English law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of London.
